The capacitive field change detector is a sensor for monitoring objects and areas for approach and contact. It is based on the measurement of changes in an electrical field and can be used regardless of the material properties or shape of the monitored object.

Typical areas of application are the protection of safes, art objects in museums and galleries, security grilles, walls and surfaces as well as concealed access control via sensor surfaces in the floor. The technology is VdS C certified, can be integrated flexibly and object-specifically - for example in walls, display cases or on metallic surfaces - and is scalable up to large-scale installations.
