Capacitive Breakthrough Detection – Electronic Wall Monitoring

For planners of security systems, a reliable, certified, and discreetly integrable wall monitoring solution is a top priority – especially for security-critical facilities such as data centers, server rooms, government buildings, museums, or industrial plants.

With the capacitive field change sensor Cx-1, we offer an invisible breakthrough detection system that meets the highest security requirements according to VdS Class C while blending seamlessly into existing building structures.

Reliable Wall Monitoring – Modular, Scalable, and Architecturally Discreet

Flexible fleece construction for discreet integration into sophisticated building projects

The sensor system is based on a multi-layered fleece construction with Styrodur insulation layers. Installation is carried out directly on the inside of the wall to be secured, and the sensor surface can be painted over after installation – ideal for architecturally demanding projects with high design standards.

Segmenting Large Wall Surfaces – up to 50 m² per Field with Full Functionality

Large wall surfaces can be structured effectively: the sensor area is divided into individual segments of up to 50 m² (depending on the insulation thickness) to avoid exceeding the capacitive load limit of the Cx-1. Each segment is built and shielded separately – ideal for scalable protection of large facilities.

Technology Behind the Cx-1 – Detecting & Analyzing Capacitive Field Changes

Reliable detection of intrusions and breaches

The Cx-1 field change sensor continuously monitors the generated capacitive field within the wall structure. Any physical alteration – whether a breakthrough, intrusion, or breach – is precisely detected, triggering an immediate alarm.

Integration via Coaxial Cable & USB Configuration – Easy to Plan and Test

Connection to the sensor surface is established via coaxial cables (RG71) up to 10 m long. Smaller surfaces can be directly connected via a second socket. Commissioning and configuration are performed using the Tiny NEMA USB communication adapter, including PC-based software and a load calculation tool – perfect for pre-planning and documentation.
